Refund policy

Every product is made to order. We are unable to provide exchanges or refunds unless the item is defective or damaged in transit. Please email us a refund claim and a picture of the item within 14 days of delivery. 

Refunds are only available for items that are lost or damaged during transit. Following the processing of your refund claim, a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method.
